Wiebe Forest Engineering Trimark Engineering Ltd.   The Enercon Water Treatment project involved two stages of production, the first of which was completed in 1996, the second stage in 1999. Phase One consisted of building the precast and steel structure. Phase two was a 12,000 square foot addition and retrofit, which was completed August 1999.
